Gogol Bordello has an impressive body of work, having released eight full-length albums, with a new project in the works this year. In July, they’ll head to Europe for Bospop in the Netherlands, Kulturfabrik in Germany, and Colours of Ostrava in the Czech Republic, before returning to the US in September.

“It’s an honor to be in a position to work with one of the most unique and exciting live bands in the universe,” says KFM manager Brian Long. “I’ve been a fan and have followed Gogol Bordello since they started. They are a welcome addition to the KFM roster, and I look forward to helping them scale new heights in the coming years.”

About Knitting Factory Entertainment

Knitting Factory opened its first location in a small, nondescript storefront on East Houston Street in 1987. A category-defying venue, Knitting Factory both established a new standard for audacious, courageous, alternative programming and set the tone for small indie neighborhood spots that defined “downtown” to follow where Knitting Factory had dared to tread. That original Knitting Factory closed in 2009, decamped to Williamsburg in Brooklyn until 2022, and moved back to Manhattan in 2023 as a collaboration with the East Village entertainment complex Baker Falls. Knitting Factory Entertainment has grown into a 360-degree entertainment company with a diversified portfolio of concert houses, bars, venues, restaurants, and theaters, as well as divisions for management, recording labels, booking, and tour support.
