Members of Dawes, Goose, Phil Lesh/Terrapin, Chris Robinson Brotherhood and Soulive debut Rainbow Body live; Donavon Frankenreiter, G. Love and Lily Meola join Saturday and Sunday nights
(LAGUNA BEACH, CA — October 6, 2026) — Coast Film & Music Festival (CFMF) closes out with three nights of music under the stars at the historic Irvine Bowl, October 23–25 – headlined by supergroup Rainbow Body, three-time Grammy winner Ben Harper and Amos Lee.
Friday is a world premiere. Supergroup Rainbow Body — Taylor and Griffin Goldsmith of Dawes, Rick Mitarotonda of Goose, Eric Krasno of Soulive and Lettuce, Ross James of Phil Lesh & The Terrapin Family Band, and Adam MacDougall of Chris Robinson Brotherhood and Circles Around the Sun — plays its first-ever live show the same day its self-titled debut album drops. The band wrote the record in Topanga Canyon and cut it near the Arctic Circle in Iceland. Nicki Bluhm joins as a special guest, and Ignacio Maria Gomez opens.
Saturday and Sunday belong to Ben Harper and Amos Lee, respectively, with Donavon Frankenreiter, G. Love and Lily Meola on the bill both nights.
“This will be our first Rainbow Body show. It’ll be so illuminating and satisfying to bring this material to life on a stage. That’s how it was written and that’s what will suit it best. This show will help us realize what the parameters of this band and these songs can actually be,” said Taylor Goldsmith, Rainbow Body’s lead vocalist and guitarist.
