Los Angeles, CA(October27, 2025)—Indie distributor Uncork’d Entertainment has set the release date for Fady Jeanbart’s ghost town action thriller THE CARETAKER, which debuts on VOD on all major North American digital platforms Tuesday, November 4. The film will also play in-person Friday, November 7 at microcinema Yippee Ki-Yay Mother Video in Racine, WI. The film has just debuted its trailer here.
The film stars cult favoriteRobert Bronzi (Bury ‘Em Deep,Death Kiss), UFC champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (The A-Team), Daniel Baldwin (John Carpenter’s Vampires), and Avaryana Rose (Bitter Souls, Spirit Springs).The film also stars Paul Logan (The Horde),WWE wrestler Jacob “Madman Fulton” Southwick, Mark Justice, Brett Benowitz, Alex Trumble, Leah Voysey (Terrifier 2), Lane Griffith,Nathan Todaro,and Neva Leoncini.
Shot in the historic ghost town of Nelson, NV, outside Las Vegas, THE CARETAKER concerns the taciturn, reclusive caretaker (Bronzi) of a desert tourist attraction closed for the season who must protect a fugitive (Rose) from a determined roster of violent killers intent on kidnapping and delivering her to a ruthless crime boss (Baldwin). Outnumbered and outgunned, The Caretaker “cleans up the mess and takes out the trash” with the help of his loyal friend, formidable sidekick, and pastor Hudson (Jackson).
THE CARETAKER is the feature directorial debut of award-winning filmmaker Fady Jeanbart (I Have No Place to Cry), working from a screenplay by Joe Knetter (upcoming Twilight of the Dead), based on a story by prolific producer and writerJeff Miller (The Gardener, Popeye the Slayer Man).

THE CARETAKER’s producer Jeff Miller has written and/or produced close to 50 features, including Popeye The Slayer Man, Ouija House, Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace (with Cuba Gooding Jr.),The Toybox (with Denise Richards and Mischa Barton), and Kill ‘Em All(starring Jean-Claude Van Damme). THE CARETAKER marks Jeff’s eighth collaboration with Hungarian-born actor, horseman, stunt performer, and military veteran Robert Bronzi. Miller also makes a cameo as a barfly.
Executive Producers are Tareq Salah, Paul M. Gahng Jr., Ashvat Shivaram Shetty, Rob Adkirson, Ronnie D. Lee, and Brandon Gibbs. Co-Producers are Robert Savakinus and George J. Merino. Consulting Producer is Dylan Matlock. Paul Logan serves as fight coordinator. Michael Su is director of photography. Nancy Foster is production designer.
Deftly employing color theory in his composition, Jeanbart says, “Visually, I wanted the film to feel lonely but beautiful. The ghost town represents the Caretaker’s mind: empty, quiet, filled with memories. Every frame, every silence, every bit of violence hasmeaning.”
He concludes, “For me, this movie isn’t just action; it’s about grief, redemption, and connection. The Caretaker and Gina are two people from completely different worlds, but they share the same pain. Whenthey meet, they both start to heal without even realizing it. I love stories where broken people
